Extremely polite staff and the place was clean. There was a wide range of nice meals. All rooms were neat and compact. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for me, next to the park.

The restaurant food is local, and the breakfast offered is very very good with fresh bread, the same exact food, cheese. The setting is best possible, just off tram line, and waterfront around Galata Bridge and Eminonu, very nice area. There's cool Cafe Modern Two approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, make desserts etc.

The place was overall clean and ideal, had excellent and gentle staff at the reception desk. The room was good sized and recently renovated and since it had hypoallergenic pillows I slept like a baby. There were an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware.
